Lando now introduces the new Uncapped Solution for all ADSL users. No longer will accounts be limited to the amount of data consumed during the month. Line speed will be the only factor determining the price of uncapped services. This ADSL service is a shaped service meaning that it is subject to restriction.
There is no need to battle with Telkom anymore for ADSL. Contact Lando directly to get connected to ADSL from R199 (including line rental, modem and 1GB of LITE data).
This ensures that Lando will handle the application for the ADSL with Telkom. Just complete in the forms and we take care of the rest. Monthly invoice will include line rental.
Please follow the steps below to apply for ADSL:
- A regular phone line is required for ADSL. No prepaid lines are allowed.
- Click here to check whether ADSL is available in your area. As a rule of thumb, ADSL is usually available within a 5km radius from a Telkom exchange.
- Click here to download the ADSL application form or contact Lando during office hours on 0861 100 454 to receive the application via fax or email.
- Fax the application back to Lando on 0861 100036
- Lando Support will process the application with Telkom and monitor the upgrade of the line to ADSL.
- Lando Support will contact you with an estimate on when the line will be upgraded. This entails an upgrade at the Telkom exchange in your area.
- An ADSL modem will be couriered to you within days before the installation is done. The modem will be pre-configured with information to activate the ADSL line. A router manual is included.
- No installation charges are levied on the self installation basis. The normal Telkom charges will apply if a Telkom technician needs to install the ADSL.
- The installation is in no way difficult and can easily be done with assistance from Lando Support on 0861 414243. We will gladly assist in any way possible with installation of the router.

The service is available on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled by giving 30days written notice. The router will have to be returned if the service is cancelled within the 24 month contract period.
